Scholarships

To be considered for any grant or scholarship, each applicant must meet the guidelines of Far North Bible College Endorsement to be eligible for consideration. These guidelines are as follows:

Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA
Be involved in an Assemblies of God fellowship.
Intending to minister in Alaska.
Demonstrate a positive character.
Show financial responsibility.
Be in compliance with FNBC stated policies.
Have a substantiated financial need.

Ned Nusunginya Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded at the end of each school year to an Alaska Native student pursuing his/her education at Far North Bible College. Eligibility for this scholarship must follow the approved guidelines.

Andrus Memorial Scholarship

This is a needs based funding source for students attending Far North Bible College.

Far North Bible College Scholarship

Far North Bible College Scholarships are awarded to deserving Alaskan Students who are attending FNBC and who plan to enter some type of ministry to Alaskan Native Americans. These scholarships are awarded to juniors and seniors based upon availability of scholarship funds, applicant’s need, academic assessments, conduct, and ministry goals. Applications are considered in March and the funds are applied to the next school year. Scholarship funds are released directly to FNBC and may be applied to tuition and books only.

Assemblies of God Native American Ministries Scholarship

Scholarships for the Assemblies of God Native American Scholarship fund are awarded to deserving Native American students who are attending Assemblies of God colleges and who plan to enter some type of ministry to Native American people in the USA. These scholarships are awarded through and administered by qualified Assemblies of God colleges. Applicants must meet all requirements of receiving institutions in order to qualify.

Alaska Ministerial Scholarship

This scholarship is available to full time students attending Assemblies of God colleges as sophomores, juniors, or seniors with a minimum GPA of 2.0 and involved in ministry. Applicants must meet all requirements of receiving institutions in order to qualify.

Other Scholarship

Other scholarships may be available as funds are allocated.
