General Policy:Far North Bible College accepts students without regard to race, color, or national origin provided all other entrance requirements are met. However, it is required that all students subscribe to and personally practice scripturally given standards of moral behavior. - The applicant should have a definite born-again experience.
- The applicant should affirm that he/she is currently living a lifestyle in accordance with Gal. 5:16-25 and maintain that lifestyle or voluntarily withdraw his/her application.
- A medical questionnaire is required. The admissions office will supply the questionnaire along with instructions.
- Far North Bible College reserves the right to reject any application or terminate any student at any time for falsefied information on the admission documentation.
- A high school education or its equivalent is the prerequisite for entrance into the Degree Program of FNBC. Applicants who have graduated from high school with less than a 2.0 grade point average and non high school graduates that have passed the GED test may be accepted on a probationary basis and given a Semester to achieve at least a 2.0 grade point average.
- In certain cases, applicants that do not qualify academically will be admitted on a full time basis but will be required to take remedial work that does not apply to the degree program to bring the applicant to an acceptable academic level.
- The applicant must submit current ACT/SAT scores.
- Applicants who have been home schooled at the high school level must provide adequate records verifying grades and completion. When any or all records have been graded and signed by parents, the applicant must provide documentation indicating that he/she has taken and passed the GED examination or provide ACT/SAT scores, which are consistent with the current admissions policy of the college.
- Applicants whose first language is not English must submit a score for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The score on that test will demonstrate proficiency in English.
